Get a Ghost Town Here

What would you do if you bought a ghost town? Would you rename it or keep it with its name intact, much like “Swett, South Dakota that currently listed up for grabs at $250,000.00”, according to MoneyTips by Debt.com.

Owning a ghost town would be interesting, for sure, but what do you do with a town that has no residents residing in it?

Also, there’s the hard living aspect, as well. Imagine a town with no electricity, running water or internet. Most of these properties aren’t even up to code and wear their years or neglect sprawled on them, much like the leather faced aging cowboy.

Buying a ghost town isn’t for the faint of heart, as there are whispers and rumors that a lot of these once thriving cities are now hosting only the dearly departed. However, you know what they say - Never trust the living.
