Make This Cookie Butter Iced Coffee Now!
It’s almost officially summer but don’t wait around for the official start. You’re going to want to make this iced cookie butter coffee now. OMG, yes.
Using a small scoop of smooth (not crunchy) Biscoff cookie spread, pour hot coffee over the scoop of cookie butter. Stir until perfectly blended.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla simple syrup to a tall glass of ice. Pour the desired amount of milk (or milk alternative) over ice and then pour the iced coffee cookie butter mixture over the ice. Stir it all up and sip it down for a sweet and savory cookie butter iced coffee treat.
Added bonus, this is way easier to make than a Dalgona coffee, so that is already a win.
